About the Role:
Elle Development is seeking to add a Development Manager to the team. Ideally, this person will be entrepreneurial minded and have the desire to potentially grow into an executive position. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
We are seeking comprehensive, all-inclusive support with any (not all) of the following tasks:
Urban/land planning
Entitlements/Permitting
Financial Modeling
Site Acquisition
Business Visioning & Planning
Digital Marketing
Business Administration
Graphic Design
Software Development/Programming (any coding languages)
Web Design
GIS Mapping
Project Management
Other related tasks, as needed from time to time
Requirements :
Must live in Texas
Most work is remote, but it may require up to 25% travel
5+ years of professional experience in urban planning, economics, financial analysis, land development, business administration, software development, coding, or a related field
College degree preferred, but consideration will be given to applicants with experience in lieu of college
Must be okay with working from home
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/etc., and internet research
Strong organization and communication skills
