The Digital Marketing Technology Team is an inspiring team dedicated to driving marketing strategy, executing and optimizing campaigns, and fueling revenue growth through the use of marketing technology, data, and analytics. The Head of CGW Marketing Technology is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the marketing technology stack to meet the digital marketing growth and expansion opportunities over the next 3 years. This includes assessing current marketing and analytic capabilities across various channels for CGW while delivering on a Marketing Tech roadmap which unlocks new capabilities and enables Payments Marketers in key areas like Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, Communications, Content Development, Channel Marketing, Lead Generation, Data / Analytics, and campaign deployment
Manage and aggressively grow capabilities across all core marketing functions.
Leverage partnerships with marketing business to develop integrated marketing plans and tactics that lead to new sales, deepening of relationships, and cross-sell opportunities
Partner and influence Personal Banking teams to establish and drive marketing campaign strategies, including lead generation
Hold accountability for MarTech roadmap, capabilities momentum, effective usage of tools, and execution of marketing automation hub campaigns
Maintain a strong client focus, payments expertise and a broad understanding of marketing tools and the operational aspects of doing business globally
Provide supervision and ongoing guidance to assigned teams
Provide input into marketing strategy, including region and product strategies
Develop a team that possesses the skills, support and motivation to use our stack at its full potential.
Build a system that constantly engages, nurtures and converts prospects with personalized messages on the right channel at the right time in their buying journey
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required in technology or related fields preferred.
15+ years of successful B2B marketing - focused on MarTech, campaign execution, and solutions delivery
Knowledge of reporting and analysis platforms such as Adobe Analytics, AEM, Tableau, Content Management Platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Extensive knowledge of B2B marketing tools, marketing channels, and technology as applied to marketing
Executive presence and consultative acumen; ability to develop advisory relationships with payments marketers and key stakeholders across the firm
Proven track record of results-oriented performance, as well as building and influencing strategic relationships; capable of working with minimal supervision
Good familiarity with key global marketing trends
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations.
Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
Intellectually curious and eager to learn new things with an eye towards innovation
