Toyota’s CSRM group is looking for team members who are passionate about technology and interested in joining a collaborative and highly motivated team as an Identity Services Principal Architect.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain the deployment of multiple identity platforms and ensure that these platforms perform optimally with minimum downtime. We are looking at self-motivated individuals who are highly detail-oriented and take pride in their deliverables.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will join the Cyber Protection team to deploy and maintain advanced, enterprise-wide security solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and drive enterprise identity strategy and roadmaps for multiple identity service platforms.
- Establish global identity standards and promote adoption.
- Solution architecture for complex cross-platform integration involving multiple user types globally.
- Explore industry trends and capabilities in IAM to ensure Toyota identity platforms are highly secure and capable.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead teams in support of multiple identity service platform efforts and educate others in the proper application of tools and techniques to drive overall identity service process improvements.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Progressive experience working in Identity Access Management.
- Relevant work experience (At least 1-3 as an architect.) supporting enterprise-level systems in large, diverse IT service environments.
- Experience with automating access control processes such as User Provisioning, Onboarding, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), authorization models, Single Sign-On(SSO), LDAP, Active Directory, etc.
- Mastery of Identity, Access Governance, Privilege Access Management principles, and best practices.
- Experience with design and implementation of Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with design and implementation of zero trust technologies.
- Experience with implementing Identity and Access Management solutions across Cloud providers (e.g., AWS and Azure).
- Experience with integrating Identity with Cloud/SaaS providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Workday, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodology, ideally as a Product Owner in an IAM system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information.

This position is based in Plano. Toyota encourages all employees to live within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned work location.
