Senior Financial Analyst | Fast Growth PE-Backed SaaS Scale-Up | Fully Remote

The Client

Harmonic are proud to be working with a hyper growth PE-backed Marketing Tech (MarTech) business looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Senior Finance Analyst to join their Finance team.

To date the business has over 600 employees and despite their impressive size they have managed to maintain their non-corporate culture and entrepreneurial ethos.

The Role

The Senior Finance Analyst will work closely with the VP of FP&A and play an integral role in developing detailed financial forecasts. Initially the role will support on the commercial side such as business partnering with stakeholders across different functions, forecasting, budgeting, and other exciting ad hoc projects.

Duties

Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L

Build dashboards and reporting tools

Streamline internal audit review process

Assist various departments including Sales, Marketing and Product on setting strategic initiatives

Work with departmental managers on developing detailed financial forecasts

In depth analysis of company performance, including identifying key KPI's and SaaS metrics

Developing and maintaining financial models for analysis

Business partnering with operations and sales team to improve internal reporting processes and give commercial insights

Ad hoc projects with FP&A team

What you need

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar

3+ years' experience working in FP+A or finance related role

Experience working in a scaling tech business

Strong financial modelling ability

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Acute eye for detail and high working standards

What we'd like to see

Experience in a SaaS business

PE backed business experience

Passion for technology and working in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Location: Preference for Candidates based on the East Coast (Fully Remote)
