The Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist will support the plant's overall clerical, payroll and other


associate-related functions.


Position Related Duties and Related Tasks



  • Act as a culture leader with a focus on employee engagement

  • Managing relationships with applicable vendors and service providers

  • Correspond with associates and relevant parties to resolve payroll issues

  • Time & Attendance Calibration w/ managers to ensure accuracy

  • Assist Talent Acquisition with tasks such as screening candidates and facilitating candidate pre-employment testing

  • Assisting with New Hire Onboarding Process & NEW contractor preparation

  • Run reporting, gather, and analyze data (turnover rate, trends, etc)

  • Intake all covid related calls, provide direction using current protocol, and track

  • Meeting/Event coordination, logistics and communication

  • Reviewing, organizing, processing and prioritizing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Performing administrative tasks such as correspondence, expense reporting, document retention & filing

  • Maintaining Plant/HR Function Calendar

  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and assignments

  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Additional Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field highly preferred

  • Minimum, High School Diploma, General Education

  • At least 1 year of HR experience or 3 years relevant work experience in a high demand support role


  • Knowledge of Kronos, KO Buy and SAP are strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook are required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organization self are keys to success in this role

  • Attention to Detail: Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; identifying trends over a period of time.

  • Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships.

  • Business Etiquette: Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.

  • Files Management: Ability to develop organized filing system for maintaining and retrieving departmental records and documentation (i.e., correspondence, reference materials and notes) in paper or electronic format.

  • Specialized Databases: The ability to use Company and/or department-specific databases (e.g., Kronos, SAP, KO Buy, team share-points).
