Contract Recruiter- National Roadshow Program- Remote

OBJECTIVE:

Zwilling J. A. Henckels is looking for a Contract Recruiter with gig or roadshow recruiting experience to join our HR team. This Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for our National Event Roadshow Program. This is a fully remote position. This is a great opportunity to work your own hours and make extra money!



PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post job openings throughout the US based on current need, repost jobs as needed to keep them current.

Partner with East and West Coast Regional Managers to monitor staffing needs, schedule interviews, and determine new hires.

Maintain accurate reporting of staffing needs, candidates in process, and new hires.

Strategize to creatively source candidates, finding additional networking opportunities and alternative job boards.

Manage full cycle recruiting process including interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Manage all candidates through our ATS.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience recruiting for roadshow or gig work required.

BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate and/or agency recruitment environment.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to set priorities.

Understanding of EEOC interview regulations.

Ability to work independently.

Must be driven and focused.



PAY:

As a contract recruiter, your pay is based on the candidates submitted and hired, and is paid out by the following structure:



$75 for every viable candidate submitted to interview with the hiring manager

$500 if the candidate is hired on

$1,000 additional after 3 full roadshows completed by the new hire
