TRG Studios is the central hub for the agency’s creative output. We focus on all types of content including broadcast, digital, social, photography, print, retouching, long-form, motion graphics, animation, audio, music, business affairs, and more. Budgeting and time management are key responsibilities, but we are also charged to continuously evolve and expand our network of production partners, bring bold thinking, and meaningfully contribute to creative executions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Having fun while helping manage our overall studio operations, including producing a variety of integrated productions: video production, post-production, audio, motion graphics, and still photography.
- Preparing bid packages, generating estimates, and building schedules.
- Working closely with brand management teams on budgets, timelines, etc.
- Managing workflow and assignments across our internal teams and our network of freelancers.
- Working with creative teams to ensure their visions are brought to life across a variety of outputs/placements (television, audio, OLV, social, etc.) and ensuring that production quality values are maintained.
- Actualizing projects and providing billing status.
- Working with nice, creative, and fun people!
What You’re Good At
- Oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Working independently and managing your time.
- Applying your experience with project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- The Microsoft Office suite as well as AICP and AICE bid forms.
- Working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
- Exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic.
- Being the lead point of contact for projects.
- Maintaining a positive mindset and a results-oriented, problem-solving attitude.
- Thinking strategically in support of the bigger picture.

- Communicating effectively with senior management and TRG Studios clients.
What You Have in Your Background
- Video production experience, including general knowledge of the production process for both stage- and location-based projects.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows for both short-form and long-form projects – knowledge of social production and post is a must.
- Experience with deliverables lists, work orders, and spec sheets outlining file deliverables, versions, and specs.
- Strong ability to work in an in-person team environment where collaboration and planning are crucial.
- Ability to provide direction on priorities and deadlines for numerous projects.
- Great attention to detail and follow-through and the ability to anticipate potential client needs.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to rally the team.
- Pleasant, professional, positive demeanor and a can-do attitude.
