Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Administrative experience, data-entry, preferable 2 years in a nonprofit Development office. Critical Action Items 1. Maintain Salesforce donor platform utilized for fundraising/development including donor records, running reports and all other inquiries. 2. Train and support personnel in the use of Salesforce and supporting programs. 3. Serve as liaison for State Registrations and all other required registrations for all entities. 4. Maintain Salesforce and Development Helpdesk tickets for FirstDay Foundation’s development department. 5. Manage appeals for all entities by providing structure and timelines. Measurable Deliverables: 1. Work with the Development Coordinator to ensure all donor recognitions have been acknowledged appropriately and in a timely manner 2. Provide weekly donation updates to entities. 3. Answer Salesforce and Development Helpdesk tickets within 3 business days of receipt. 4. All registrations are submitted in a timely manner and current. Other Responsibilities: 1. Attend trainings for Salesforce and supporting programs. 2. Create detailed guides for Salesforce implementations and actions. 3. Maintain and create campaigns using Click and Pledge for all entities. 4. Work with the Finance Department along with the Development Coordinator to create and maintain Funds/Campaigns in Salesforce. 5. Support Development Coordinator in all actions. 6. Other job duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. Experience using Salesforce donor management software. 2. Salesforce Administrator Certification. 3. Strong organizational and administrative skills. 4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability in all tasks. 5. Ability to accurately proofread and edit reports and documents. 6. Ability to present information concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing. 7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 8. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. 9. Ability or organize and priorities a diverse workload in a busy environment. 10. Must be a team player and a self-directed learner. 11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Work, Outlook and Excel. 12. Experience with database.
